From Avenue of Stars, we took a short drive to Aberdeen Fishing Village. Our tour guide, Mr. Lee, said that a boat ride here will bring good fortune. Hmmm...he didn't mention though if it was good luck for us, the tourists, or to the boat people because we were asked to pay HKD50 each at the end of the boat ride. Tsk..tsk...tourist trap! Oh well, at least we were able to see a different side of Hong Kong and I was able to take a lot of photos :)

Mr. tourguide: Okay, unsuspecting tourists, this way to the dock please!
a
aThese are the boats that will bring you good fortune! Perfect for those of you who are planning to try out your luck at the casinos in Macau!
a
aPlease watch your step!
a
a
Okay, enjoy your boat ride! While counting the number of passengers riding on the boat, the tour guide must be thinking: Kaching! kaching! kaching!
a
aTalaga naman! Complete costume pa! Surprisingly, these hats can be borrowed free of charge.
a
aCheck out the look on Aly's face! I wonder what she was thinking. Hehe!
a
aSmile, sweetie!
a
aThe famouse Jumbo Floating Restaurant. I wonder how the food here tastes like. Has anyone tried eating here?
a
aThe boat woman was also selling souvenirs. There's my brother Mick doing a little bit of shopping.
a
aEverybody look here! Hay, si Mick talagang busy with his shopping. Hehe!
a
aWatta big catch!
a
a
Boat house.
a
aMore boat houses.
a
aIto naman may mini garden pa! Talo pa nya ang apartment namin. Heehee!
a

Did you notice the color of the water? It's a nice shade of green blue. I wonder why the water here is blue while the one in Bangkok is murky brown.
a
a
(Fishing) Village people. Hey..hey.. Hey! Hey! Hey!
a
aMore boats.
a
aTwo of my favorite girls in the world :)
a

Did you notice that mom and dad were wearing matching shirts? Cute!

It was a short boat ride. I wish they made it cheaper though. I think HKD50 was too much!
, Boa
You might be wondering, did we feel any luckier after the ride? Hmmm...we'll see when we get to Macau. Kung may super sale sila, then swerte! Haha!
